The Thang/Moleskin:

Lone Star arrived exactly on time at 5:32am, so we commenced to mosey. We got in ~3.1 miles with ‘Mericans and LBCs peppered in. We enjoyed 4 pain stations along the route and did 25 ‘Mericans and 25 LBCs at each. In total, 100 ‘Mericans and 100 LBCs were completed. YHC even wove in a mid-workout mobility moment of pigeon (because YHC is the Q that cares). No man was left behind and we planked between stations to keep the group together. 

The Pax got it done today! It was great being with HIM like Soprano, Airstream, Omega, Lonestar, and Tantrum. What better way to start the day by being with F3 brothers and ending in a COT. Thanks to Omega for the cup of Joe. Greyhound even joined us at Coffeeteria. He has a calf injury and Airstream was quick to help him (as usual). Thanks to Lone Star for lending YHC the keys to the AO today!
