  • Lunge walk to 4th mailbox + 15 Wide Merkins
  • Lunge Walk to 5th mailbox + 20 Merkins
  • 20 WWI’s OYO
  • 10 Oblique LBC’s per side

Mosey to Playground:  2 Rounds of the following Stations with Step-ups as the Timer:

  • 16 Step-ups: 8 per leg *timer*
  • Australian Rows

Reflection:

Some high level conversation this morning, primarily regarding faints and tarts.  We had a surprise visit from Shirley, still recovering from back surgery, doing what he can to get back after it.
