  • SSH x 25 IC
  • IST x 15 IC
  • Cotton Pickers x 15 IC

THE THANG:

Grab some bleachers

  • Dips x 10 IC
  • Step ups x 10(each leg) OYO

Mosey to the baseball field

  1. Starting at the RF foul pole with the first exercise, run to home plate complete 5 burpees, and then run to the LF foul pole.
  2. Add 2nd exercise
  3. Head back to right field, stopping at home plate, complete 5 burpees and pick up another exercise. 
  4. Continue until 5 exercises (Mericans x 20, LBC x 20, Jump Squats x 20, CDD x 20, Alternating Lunges x 20) are completed, stopping at home plate each time to complete 5 burpees.
  5. Once you hit 5, drop one exercise at each foul pole, ending with the Alternating Lunges.

Mosey to the rock pile

  • Curls x 15 IC
  • Skull crushers x 15 IC
  • Overhead Press x 15 IC
  • Zamperini until each PAX explained how they got their F3 name.

Mosey to parking lot

MOLESKIN:

  • Big Thanks to Magnus for all that he has done this past year for the General.  His leadership has been tremendous and I hope that I can live up to the expectations that he he’s set.  He’s a great friend and I’m honored to be his successor. The man brought me to my first F3 workout and I salute you for that.
  • Enjoyed the zamperini rock circle explaining how PAX rec’d name, especially Spreader’s emphasis on Grass spreader…..you mean there’s another type?
  • Thanks to everyone that showed today, you guys never surprise me.  Rain, snow or Freezing conditions, 21 was a big number and I thank you for that.
  • Honored to be the new MQ, and always humbled by the opportunity to be in F3.  It’s the PAX that keep me coming back and sticking with it. You are all brothers in my eyes.  Thank you!
