0530 and oddly enough Travolta is in the parking lot already… but it’s not 0535. Crabby Patty ran in from home. In the next 2 minutes we bring our total PAX to 8. This is solid for a Wednesday. Nobody wanted to take the Q, so YHC takes it at 0532.

Stop at the front of the school. Partner up. Partner A goes and grabs a block while B does bench dips
Flapjack except B carries block around for a short lap.
Next is Dora 1-2-3
100 Curls
200 Merkins
300 Squats
Alternate between you and your partner to complete the above list with one doing the work and the other running up and down the parking lot hill.
Once complete both partners return the block. On the way back to the launch pad pause for Max effort pull-ups.
