Hi Y'all

A day late and a dollar short. oops

So as I winged the work out I will do my best to recall. I do remember my righ ankle is a mess so tons of running was not on the card. 

WARM UP

  • SSH x 10
  • IST x 10
  • TS x 10
  • CP x 10

 

The Thingy

  • 10 pull ups
  • 20 burpees (crowd favorite)
  • 20 LBC

We did this 5 times and the guys were happier each time. 

– Bear crawl to side walk, 15 merkins, Sprint, 20 squat

– Quadrophilia to side walk, 15 merkins, 20 squats,

 

Rocks,

Then we grab rocks and did some bent over rows, curls, shoulder press and other stuff. 

We go to mary and the guys layed it on. I was hearing it for my work out, then then bastards brake the bank and push us harder. Bunyan, nice work on whatever the hell you had us do, but i was mary and we did what?? LOL

Thanks guys for pushing me, it makes Qing fun.
