Fallout Fun at Fallout

AO

6 Pax joined me on a crisp November Tuesday morning for another edition of Fallout. YHC saw an opening on the calendar and jumped at it since I had to miss last week. (Plenty of open spots on the calendar between now and the end of the year! Help out the MQ and grab a Q at one of the best AO’s known to man.) I knew the MQ was still on the mend so I planned a somewhat stationary Q that would still get the fun flowing. FNG is Scooter’s 2.0 – Footsie, not on the website yet. It went a little something like this.

Warmorama

  • All the classics. SSH, IST, Long snappers, Windmills, merkins. Somewhere around this time Tantrum showed up punctually late.

Thang

  • Mosey over to the blocks – found just the right amount of blocks.
  • 3 rounds of block work. Curls, skull crushers, shoulder press, and lawnmowers.
  • Mixed in some glute bridges, wide leg glute bridges, and single leg glute bridges.
  • One more round of merkins to at least get us to 40.

Mary

  • Finished up with just enough time for some Mary. Block LBC’s, low flutter into low dollies, jacknife LBC’s, and finish up right on time with a minute plank

Moleskin

  • The Pax took a class in Huntersville civics today. Penalty burpees were handed out for the Pax’s failure to know all of their local electeds. YHC will continue to beat some civics into the Pax until everyone knows everything about local politics.
  • Cherry Bomb is looking for some help to man stations at the Huntersville Half. Reach out to him if you’re not running.
  • Continue to pray for those in Western NC. Still plenty of help needed – reach out to Drebin or Toby.
  • Great push from everyone this morning – Scooter might be feeling those single leg glute bridges later today by the sound of it.
  • Thanks for Drebin for the chance to lead.
