Warmorama – SSH, IST, Toy Soldier, Mericans, Windmill
20 jump squats then run to end of lot for 10 mericans, each time running back for 20 jump squats with mericans increasing to 20 then 30
Burpee lungewalk to sidewalk by pull up bars – 2 burpees then 5 lunges each leg until reaching the sidewalk, each pax about 5 or 6 sets
5 pull ups then 5 8-count body builders – 3 sets
Mosey to trailers with benches – dips& incline mericans on benches, then slow squats, LBCs, & peter parkers – 3 sets
Mosey to hill in front of school – bear crawl up, crawl bear down then 10 Rocky Balboa's each leg – 3 sets
Then quadrephelia up, run down, 5 burpees – 3 sets
Mosey to parking lot for MARY

Thanks to Cousin Eddie for allowing me to Q Fission ! One of my first workouts was Fission at 131 main that consistently kicked my butt on a regular basis. Soprano and Tagless were Beasts today hitting each circuit hard.
