FNG-1 is not really an FNG but it is Lighthouse. Not sure after all this time why he isn't signed on to the website. We need to get that fixed.
Route: St. Mark's Ranson Wynfield Loop for a little over 4 miles of fun. We made a flyby to St. Marks to see all of the former fartlekers that have given up running for bootcamps lately. When they come back to their senses they are welcome back because thats how we roll.
