Route: (Toxic Influenced)
Out and Back 5 to 6 miles depending on the turnaround. Wynfield Forest Clubhouse -> Greenway turn right for 2.5 miles and run back or continue to Casa de Crocs for 3 miles and run back to Clubhouse.
Alternate 6 miler instead of running to Casa de Crocs turn right at the new bridge and take that section of Greenway to Gilead Rd and turn back.

Nice day for a run this morning as the temp/conditions were awesome.
Good seeing a slightly new face at Fartlek this morning w/ Turncoat. Hopefully he will continue to grace us with his presence more often.
