This being the last Tuesday of the month can only mean one thing "The Crabby Q".
It was quite a sight this morning to see so many pax in attendance especially so many Fartlek Kotters (Royale, Mayhem, Toxic, Smokey, Turncoat, and Airwolf). Appreciate you all coming out today. Great to have you in attendance. Hopefully we can get you out more frequently to this AO in the future.
To the regulars it is always great to see you in the Tuesday gloom and share a run together. Great way to start a Tuesday.
The route this morning was an out and back loop to the Torrance neighborhood. Most everyone that ran ended up getting 5 to 6 miles in this morning. Some added some extra credit of LFC loops or Travolta Hill repeats.
Megaphone walked this morning as that is his MO and joined us for COT.
Smokey did his own thing and ended up finding us for COT.
Honorable mention to Rocket who ran 5 miles or so in Cincy running over bridges in the Queen City and likely hurdling the homeless down by Great America Ballpark after drinking bourbon all last night.
Apparently there was a transition of power that took place at Fartlek as Die Hard relinquished the reigns of MQ and for better or worse handed them to YHC. Hoping I do as fine a job as the new MQ as the MQ's before me. Thank you for showing me the way.
That being said please be sure to fill up the calendar to Q at Fartlek. Would love to have some peeps step up to Q and make it their own for the day. Always good to have some fresh routes and ideas.
