  • Mtn Climbers
  • Carrot pullers
  • Windmills

 

That thang –

  • Run to the 1st tree  – 1 merkin
  • Run back – 1 block squat
  • Run to the 2nd tree – 2 merkins
  • Run back  – 2 block squat
  • Repeat this until you hit 10 trees

 

  1. 15 – Block work –
    1. Press
    2. Dips
    3. Curls
  2. Bear crawl
  3. 15 – Leg work
    1. Lunges
    2. Planks Jacks
    3. Squat Jumps

Thunderstruck!! – One standard merkin for every “thunder!”  – 4:30 mins later = 27 merkins with a lot of planking
