Met at Summit at 5:25, by 5:29 Kosar hit a curb racing to get there and Auto arrived exactly at 0530.
Poptart, Auto, and Scrunchie took of for a longer run and Sac, Tuffy, a weighted Kosar, and me took off for Arnies.
we did the Murph and the humidity was thick. Hard to believe but I think the grass was wetter when we left.
Sac crushed it with fast reps and deep squats.
Kosar, as mentioned did it with a vest which added to the heat.
Tuffy and TF just got through it, but finished.
Auto, Poptart, and Scrunchie ran 5.5 in 45 and met us for the COT.
Thanks for showing up after Dad camp and on the first day of school…for some. Always encouraging to experience pain with others.
