Feb starts out with a HIIT

SO, "WET FEBRUARY," as coined by Natty Lite, started out with a HIIT!

WARMORAMA:

High Knees, Butt Kicks, Skip forward, Skip backwards, Side Straddle Hops x 20 IC, Windmills x 10 IC,  Cherry Pickers x 15 IC

 

THE THANG:

The workout was High Intensity Interval Training where you do as many reps as possible in a certain time frame, Q chose 30sec on, 15 sec rest, then 30 sec of next exercise, 15 sec rest…..

The HIIT consisted ot the following exercises:

  1. Man Maker Merkins
  2. Plank Jacks
  3. Floor Wipers
  4. Apollo Onyo
  5. Burpees
  6. Mountain Climbers
  7. Lunges
  8. Dips
  9. Calf Raises
  10. Mason Twists
  11. Squats
  12. Merkins
  13. WWII
  14. Incline Merkins
  15. Bridge
  16. Plank

Run 1 Mile

Repeat the above HIIT with the same 16 exercises

Run 1/4 mile

MOLESKIN:

  • good showing on a cold am, 6 amigos!
  • Great seeing 911, hot yoga is paying off, man he was limber
  • Oktoberfest must have had a good nights rest, he wasn't hostile, actually pretty calm and performed the exercises fairly well
  • We discussed all the German contributions to the American culture, (and possibly why the Germanator is here, LOL) … Mercedes, BMW, Christmas, Good Beer, etc
  • Double is immersed in the Hispanic culture of Miami, Pero una taza de café, amigo mío,  cafe', cubano sammiches, etc
  • Oktoberfest apparently hooped it up with some CNN guys back before F3,  sounds like he knew them well.  We have a celebrity among us!
  • Great workout men!  It was an honor!
