3 pax did the hard thing and pulled themself out of the fartsack to take on the Murph. 1 of these (Auto) did the even harder thing and completed a 3 mile solo Standard beforehand.

MOLESKIN
- Thanks to Auto and Ninja for the accountability and push this morning. Nice work, guys.
- Auto and YHC both subbed in some LBCs for squats every third set or so. Ninja got all 300 squats.
- YHC legs and hip flexors were sore from running trails. Both miles were a grind, even at 2nd F pace.
- Arnie's pullup forest area is a soggy mess.
- Thanks to Roadie for delivering some new toys (cindys) to the Arnie's AO. Looking forward to breaking them in next week. Speaking of, Ninja may be back next week to Q….. stay tuned.
