We have two different standard going, some started running at 505 and other ran at 510

Run to Culcairn, hit the stop sign at Binnaway Dr to do 5 burpees, down to Hillston Ridge Rd for 20 squats, run back to Culcairn for 20 merkins and repeato through the time clock 

Back in time for round round Mary to which someone called run a lap for mary
