  • Block – Lunges/Zamperini – towards middle of lot towards speaker!
    • Circle Up for “Ring of Fire” – J. Cash 2:30 minutes of burning
      • Curls
      • Shoulder Presses
      • Skull Crushers
      • KB Swings
      • Curls
  • Lap around half circle back to blocks
  • Repeato “Ring of Fire”
  • Lap
  • Tabata (20/10)
    • Moving Plyo Merkin 
    • Merkin punch
    • Half Merkins
    • Repeato
    • Rest
    • Squats with Block
    • Basketball Jump
    • Knee Tap Jumps
    • Repeato
  • Lap then to rocks
  • Rock push half way across lot, 10 Burpees OYO, push rock rest of the way – return rock.
  • Benches – tricep dips and incline Merkins IC
  • Mosey back to blocks
  • Shoulder press with blocks IC
  • Zamperini back to block pile
  • Lap

    • WW II Sit-ups X 20 OYO
    • Plank for one minute
  • Recover recover

Moleskin 

  • Great seeing everyone from the ole’ hood of MacAulay, and even those who don’t live there – Qbert and Caboose! 
  • Thanks Tuck for the Q!  Being on the “clown car” text string inspires me everyday even though I don’t get to Huntersville every week for workouts!
  • Qbert’s love for heavy metal still lives strong and glad he decided to skip going to work early this AM and instead came out for a sweat fest!  
  • Caboose is still trying to convince me to become a Chicago Bears fan due to my love for bear crawls. #neverhappening
  • Rock pushes still suck in that parking lot!  Not sure why I ever introduced that stupid idea of an exercise to this place anyways! #hurtsogood
  • Go get inspired this week to do some good! God didn’t put us here to be passive – go give back for all we’ve been given!
