Moby Dick and Grenade were the "beasts of the day". Both men met at Madalyns Coffee and ran to NM Park (3.5 miles).
Moby had to take a moop but found all 3 bathrooms locked…..sux for him

Moop mentioned the workout felt like the Vern. In some ways…….I guess it did.
I'm looking (or hoping) some of you step up to take the Q, its wide open every week. I guess I could do a better job at asking folks (bad master Q). But, I actaully look forward to Q'ing every week!! I'm kind of running out of workouts but love to do circuits with a little running (at least you know what you are in for with me at the helm).
The Viking is always full of long term F3'ers. Lets try to EH some other folks to give us a shot. One thing you can always count on is a good workout at the old Viking!!
