Warm-a-rama

Mosey through parking lot to pull-up bars with some butt-kickers, quadrophelia, karaoke, etc.

Queue the Christmas Music!  Thanks for bringing the speaker Limburger!

12 SSH IC

12 IST IC

12 Windmill IC

12 Mercans IC (noticing a pattern here?)

Not exactly sure when it started but every time we got to 5, Lawn Dart, in his most angelic voice crooned  “5 Golden Rings”.  The rest of the pax quickly joined and this continued through the morning.  It was harmonious!

The Thang

12 pull-up, 12 burpees, 12 WW II sit ups (after much discussion on what’s a WW I sit up, how about War of 1812 sit ups and so on, Hasselhoff determined that a WW II sit up got its name because your feet make the Roman numeral II when you’re doing them.  Yeah, that’s definitely why they’re called that!)

10 pull-ups, 10 burpees, 10 WW II sit ups; 8, 6, 4, 2

Mosey to the fireplace

12 dips, 12 step ups each leg, 10 dips, 10 step ups, 8, 6, 4, 2

Mosey to the woods and grab a workout partner (aka Cindy)

12 high curls, 11 low curls, 10 full curls, 9 skull crushers, 8 block swings, 7 rows, 6 high curls, 5 low curls, 4 full curls, 3 skull crushers, 2 block swings, 1 row (yeah, 1 row is kinda stupid)

Repeato

Circle up, no time for Mary, skipped name-o-rama because I can remember the four people other than myself.

Moleskin:

Tuffy, strong work on the pull-ups, only one without a spot for all reps!

Limburger, thanks for the EH to Q again and for bringing the speaker!  Thank you for the lexicon tutorial.  All this time I thought #f3counts was a nice way to say that it matters.  I had no idea there was any sort of running total!  F3 does count, though!

Hasselhoff, I think we’ll get traction with the WW II naming!  Great work today.  Always strong!

Lawn Dart, I apologize for ruining your favorite Christmas song Little Drummer Boy with the god-awful version I found on Spotify.  Keeping Christmas music legit!!!
