Field Tripping

A wise man once said, the key to life is perceptions and relationships. 12 men dug into a deep conversation about life and the ups and downs that go with it.  Here is their story:

0505 whoops, gonna be late

0515 obligatory fire text

0519 Oh my God it's BEP!  My EHer has reappeared just in time to overfloweth my cup prior to our venture into the low country.
Tbone is also there and he is always there, because emotional support things.

0521 we are off for somewhere between 2.5 and 6ish miles of fitness. Some tickled, some cupped, and some just stayed away from the lower extremities.

Duvall took an early right, he got confused, but found again.  Whew!

william Robert and I enjoyed the short version and probably ran too fast

Jenny further separated himself from Mooch, although he didn't bring cookies, the search continues!

Mini Me and Chamois did Mini and Chamois things, so cute

Little Finger is still begging for an invite and here it comes LF.  We are running the Colonial Relay on 9/24, you have earned your spot sir!

THM came to tell us more about his journey to Milan in 2026.

And Crocs and Turnpike were the stars of the show as they came late but were still able to get the tips they needed for go forward efforts.

Now the real work starts, the fellowship, faith, and feelings portion of our morning.  Many weeks ago we publicly launched this Caboose workout to reach out and address the mental health of the Pax.  Our goal was to make our mornings not less physical, but more emotional and this has become my favorite way to start a Thursday morning.  We have taken our show on the road for the past couple weeks and built relationships with other Pax to help guide them on their journey.  Over time we have discussed bringing date nights back into our relationships, and then we did it again because we really like date nights.  Also, we all need a will (you listening Duvall?) because lawyers need to eat too…it's true.

While we expect to return to Main St next week to continue to open up the Pax hearts and let them know they are not alone, we are happy to announce Crocs will take over this effort at the Exit 23 Sbux going forward.  #starfish #isi

Now, comes the part where we challenge the Pax to reach above and beyond #downdown

On behalf of the finest dynasty in the history of relay racing…the Incogs Elite, I humbly ask you to consider a CSAUP in the near future.  For those of you who have never experienced CSAUP with your F3 brothers, I present the following list of what CSAUP will do for you.

1. Develop life long relationships.  See friends, training alone is boring and easy to quit, when you train with a team you create an unbreakable bond.  A bond that leads to you attending your teammates Qs, you will respond to texts quicker, you will not ignore your teammates and the team training runs just to show up at the end with jeans on and a dumb look on your face.

B. you wouldn't do that to your CSAUP team because you rely on those guys and they rely on you. You especially wouldn't do such a thing the DAY BEFORE THE FREAKING RACE!  You wouldn't shun your captain on the same day your high maintenance a$$ is requesting a 6 pack of Vanilla Coke and a case of peach la croix to get through an upcoming relay race.  And you certainly wouldn't leave your team in the middle of post-CSAUP ACRT to go find an arcade, hereby distracting your team from their objective for several hours and make them worry you have been lost to the underbelly…no, you wouldn't do that.

So in summary, do csaup things and be a better friend, bro.

Hugs and Kisses, Jolly
