We ran from 1 mile from GOE to the pull up bars at St. Mark

100 Pull-ups 

200 Push-ups 

300 Squats 

We ran 1 mile back

Moleskine

Rocket and YHC ran to GOE for the workout and back.

Toxic wasn’t 100% sure if we were ending December or September based on a dream he had last night  it sure felt more like September with the heat and humidity.
