YHC finally manned up and took the Q. Fitting as tomorrow is my 1 year anniversary of starting F3. It's been an amazing and fun adventure thus far. 5 brave souls wanted to find out what was in store for this morning (a few of us couldn't wait until 7 so we ran early).

Mosey around the parking lot to the front of the gym
The Thang:
Form teams of 2 and trade off running to the top of the parking lot while the partner excersises to the following.
Merkins x100

Step Ups x100

User's choice – Flutter Kicks / Freddie Mercs x100
Mosey to block pile, grab blocks, and circle up
Curls x20
Skull Crushers x20
Shoulder Press x20
Trifecta x10
Dead Lifts x20
Lift, Push, Pulls (Clark creation) x20-ish
Return blocks and mosey to pull up bars
Pull ups x10 (Toto did 30)
Mosey to Launch Pad to collect frisbee for some fun.
Finished the workout with some ultimate frisbee.
No Mary today due to the "1 more point and then we're done" bug…
Sonar hit us with some worldly wisdom from the good book and prayed us out.
