The old norm of coming in hot continues to be the case at Fireball. The Master Q wasn’t last and was followed by the new Nantan Cherry Bomb and 8-track. The usual 5 mile Fireball route was ran by six with 8-track doing a solo tempo run. One for the standard. Main topic of discussion was how to successfully complete a 50K. Primetime, Dallas, & Fresh Prince offered knowledge to Cherry Bomb and he seemed to soak it up like a sponge. I know for a fact as he has already disseminated the knowledge to his fellow runners joining him.
