The Challenge

Start at the basketball court and do 7 CDD, and 7 Low Flutter (each leg)

Run to the elbow of the parking lot and do 7 jump squats

Run to the pull up bars and do 7 pull ups, and 7 dips

Run back to the elbow and do 7 walking lunges total

Run back to the basketball court to start the next round, doing as many full rounds as time allows

I had the idea that a 5:30 start today may get some of those who have succumbed to the Fartsack, back in the gloom. I was partially right as we were greeted during Mary by Megaphone, who has been on IR the last few years. Great to see you out there today, I hope you can make this a routine.

Crocs & Rodeo appreciated the later start as they were recovering from Night Ranger. Great work.

Diehard was either leading the pace today, or was chasing us with Amen. Strong work either way.

Toxic & Topgun got down to business and completed the challenge together. Great to see TG's injury not holding him back. Well done.

Jorel pushed me the whole workout as i was trying to keep pace with him. Nice push today.

Amen came back from vacation and knocked out a solid 14 or 15 (i lost track) rounds of the challenge. Nice job.

The Pax completed 14-15 rounds today, which with the humidity is adjusted upward to at least 20.

Now is the time to continue to reach out to your F3 brothers who have been MIA. We need them back, and they need us to help them get back.
