I almost made this an RTR but then remembered its the first thursday, and since its pool season I figured we'd work on the guns.  YHC couldn't quite remember the exercise set, and I don't like burpees, so we did a bunch of other stuff.  It turned out to be a pretty good workout I think.  Toxic commented on the lack of toxicity today, yeah it was pretty easy to breath, maybe the PAX have improved their diet 🙂  

Always great to Q the Wilderness, and the signup is so far out I know if I wait long enough I can steal one from another PAX.  Unfortunately the reason I got today's Q was due to some medical issues with Fenway's father, thoughts and prayers with you and your family Fenway.  Thanks all for joining have a fantastic end to the week.
