(1) Thanks to Special Sauce for allowing me to Q Fission on my 3 yr Anniversary ! Its actually 10/1/13, but I have my wedding anniversary this weekend so that will be the focus.
(2) Thanks to DriveThru for his original EH of me in my own kitchen. Really thought I had bought an appliance with an extended warranty by the time we had got done talking – ha. I had been running on weekends prior to F3 which apparently ment I was in no shape for my first workout.
(3) Tclaps to Omega for my first beatdown at 131 Main on 10/1/13 ! It was awful with exercises with weird names with even stranger counting. All I could think is "do they know they are double counting" (nerd alert). I couldn't suck any more wind than I did that day. So much for thinking you are a decent runner until you walk in the F3 door ! Surprise, you're out of shape. I remember Axle was there and complained about the speed of the Indian Run (so funny). I said would not go back to that workout cause it must be the "old man" workout. Axle & I laughed about that when I told him years later as BRR teammates.
(4) Thanks to every Man I've met at F3 ! I used to come for the Fitness only, but now I come more for the Fellowship, and pray I use my Faith just for one day !
(5) Tclaps to the Nantans of Isotope since I've been here: Moses, MiniMe, & Jolly Roger ! You guys have kept a great handle on this growing starfish & continue to be great motivators !
Aye !
