Fission? Fusion? What was that Titan?

Ok,

So a few weeks back, I think it might have been Tucks VQ, Titian shows up with the clip board. "I need Qs for fusion…", Fusion? You mean Fission? So I signed up, only my second Q. So here we are. 

It was cold, 30ish, but I think we stayed warm. 

The only time I have worked out at 131 Main is The Vern, so I really had no idea of the lay out or how a workout might look. The entire workout was 115% made up on the fly with some help of where stuff was. The best asset was a nice parking lot. Ok, here is my best recall of the work. The reps are not accurate, totally random numbers. 22 of this, 17 of that. My thought was to keep everyone off balance, including me. 

Warm Up Lap

  • SSH x 22
  • CP x 15
  • TS x 12
  • Merkins x 33
  • Squats x 12
  • Squat Heel Touch x 10ish (is there such a move?)

Then partnered up with like size man. We had in odd number so Stapler joined Mayhem and me. We did a fireman's carry the lenth of the parking lot (it is pretty long), then both partners did:

  • merkins x 20
  • squats x 20

Partner 2 then took his turn carrying back. 

Circled up for:

  • over head clap x 50
  • carolina dry dock x 22

Next was a power skip (hands up) to the other side of the parking lot, (Titan slow 10 count). Then we did LT. Dan to 7 to get our legs warmed up. After we finished we power skipped back. Skipping is under rated in my book. 

Circled up:

  • merkins x 20ish?

Next was Quadrafilia to the other side of the parking lot. I can't totally recall what we did, maybe a few merkins? But we did do:

  • Monkey Humpers x 17 ish

Then with help we jogged to the rail in the neighborhood for some:

  • Australian Pull Ups x 13
  • Inclined Merkins x 20
  • Australian Pull Ups x 9
  • Inclined Merkins x 16
  • Australian Pull Ups x 8
  • Inclined Merkins x 15ish (in that range)

Jogged back to the parking lot of the new Cowboy restaurant (had to help brake it in) for a short set of suicides

  • run to first line – merkins x 10 – quadrafilia back
  • run to 2nd line – squats x 15 – quadrafilia back
  • run to 3rd line – burpees x 15 – quadrafilia back (last one sucked)

?Ok, so my totally made up on the fly workout then took us over to the steps in front of our old favorite coffee shop. I thought it would be fun to do frog hops on to the step x 20. 

After we headed back to the main parking lot and I saw some small rocks so I thought it would be fun to do some curls. One small rock per hand x 50 – I think the reps caught up to us a little. 

Next was a 75% run to the far end of the lot with a quadrafilia back to our cars for Mary

  • LBC x 20
  • russian (mason) twist x 13
  • pretzel crunch x 7 each side
  • low flutter x 15ish
  • touch em heels x 15ish

It was great to mean and workout with new guys I had yet to meet!

I have been hanging around with you all for about 6 months now and truely enjoy and appriecate F3. In fact to be more respectful to my wife/family I have to limit my work outs to just 3 a week. Which means I will be running on the other days. I mostly work from home so if someone one is looking to run sometime during the days, hit me up on twitter. 

I am not going to attempt to tweet the workout count, very nervous!
