Five Six – Virtual Man Maker Monday – Week 3

Five Six – Virtual Man Maker Monday – Week 3

Why Five Six?

Is it because on May 6, 1915 Babe Ruth hit his first home run or because on that day in 1937 the Hindenburg crashed in NJ or because I am 5’ 6”, or because we will all likely be stuck in our houses until May 6, 2020.

Well, it is none of those reasons. We performed five exercises for six sets, that is why.

11 Virtual COVID Commandos were virtually Awesome. Here is their story

Fellowship

Cousin Eddie was the first to finish. Obviously, he needs something a little more challenging. BEAST

Rooter worked some pull ups into the ‘Merican push up challenged (see seperate preblast), so I gave it a shot today in the interest of symmetry. I opted for Australian Pull Ups and ‘Mericans, which started out fun. Ouch, I’m in pain, thanks brother.

Rocket was on his mark, got set and went go on this bicycle, bicycle, bicycle during chest press.

Holiday took some time to celebrate, just one day out of life, it would be, it would be so nice that he did it twice. Once with Father Son – Deep Dish and Little Professor and then again with Alpha Bravo and Bullseye. You know what they say, Holidays are for the family. Nice Job!

Ultraman was told not to come around here, don’t want to see your face, you better disappear, the fire was in their eyes and there words were really clear, so he virtually beat it, just beat it and got his virtual beat down this morning.

Commando got this virtual beat down from Hawaii and is coming off his last day of quarantine. He goes back to active, but it looks like everyone in his unit is on standby, so not likely much difference. We were also able to connect via ZOOM this evening with Gracie LKN for some striking training. It was a blast.

For me, I woke up, fell out of bed, and shook the cobwebs out of me head, found my way downstairs and drank a cup and noticed I was late, found my shorts and grabbed my bell and muddled my way and felt like hell. I wanted to cheat with the 25lb, but guilt set in, so decided to settle for a pyramid of kettlebells.

Thank you for participating, your guys are Awesome!
