I think I was in the best shape of my adult life when I was consistently attending FKT. Due to a new job my mornings are easier to manage and I wanted to get back to FKT so here we are and it did not dissapoint.

Run to the top of Devonshire
10 Burpees
Run to clubhouse
10 Pull Ups
Run to bottom of Knox Hill
10 Burpees
Run up Knox Hill
10 Jump Squats at each road you pass
10 Burpees at the top of the hill
Run to bottom
Repeato up the hill again
Run back to launch stopping for pull ups and burpees we did on the way out

- Ichabod has gotten so fast man…. its not fair
- Tammy Faye got his shoulder checked before the workout and then went on and completed it all. What a beast
- Tuffy is as consistent as it comes, always great to workout with him!
- Tammy Faye is leading an open discussion the next 4 weeks at Lost World brewery. Discussing life, faith, religion, etc. All are welcome (including M’s)
