This was my first opportunity to Q at FKT, so this was a fun experience.
7 strong men showed up to get even stronger today.
The thang:
-Run to circle by Kenton Place, quick stretch
-Run to Robbins Park picnic tables
-10 dips
-10 step ups (one leg)
-10 decline merkins
-10 step ups (other leg)
-10 merkins
run a lap around park
repeato exercises above (original plan was 3x but we only got two 🙁 )
run to hill in front of Redcliffe.
3x up & down, it was kinda moist.
I had planned to go up the other side which is higher and steeper, but that was too dark, so we opted for the more well-lit option.

(i had planned to do this 2x but ran out of time)
Back to Birkdale Landing, ended right on time (no time for Mary unfortunately)
Coffeteria w/Hippie & Swingstate. Discussion of retirement, post-retirement jobs, stock market (JEPI/JEPQ were the ETF’s i mentioned), F3 lineage & expansion, etc. Great 2nd F.
