Flashbacks at Titan (Shark Week – Day 1 of 5)

I'm celebrating five years with F3 this week, and have dubbed this Shark Week.  Honestly that's just a fun brand-theft opportunity, I'm not named Jaws for the shark (I wore an Eagles shirt to my first or second post… Ron Jaworski was an Eagles QB in the 1970's and Monday Night Football announcer at the time of naming).  So anyway, I decided to steal a page from the Mona Lisa book (Month of Mona, he Q-ed almost every day in May 2019 I think it was?).  But I wanted to do 5-years, 5-Q's.  So I had Titan today, and will be at Fallout, Nightranger, Checkpoint / 4-banger, and Estate this week.  Thus, Shark Week (which is also really this week on Discovery Channel).

Anyway, today's agenda included me stealing bits and pieces of the most memorable workouts I could think of at Titan this year.  We started simple and vanilla; SSH x 20 IC, IST x 20 IC, Peter Parker x 10 IC, Parker Peter x 10 IC, Cotton Schrute Farmers x 20 IC.  Then up front to the Hopewell main entrance hallway, where I remembered a workout Bob Ross had us do over the winter.  He had one of us do balls to the wall on one end, another do people's chair on the other… and the third man run between and tag swap out the guy on each end.  This worked well for Bob Ross and three men, was a bit of a cluster with 11.  Yet we pressed on.  Next stop, the rock pile.  Jingle Bells was just coming out of winter hibernation in February, and didn't want to run – so I suggested we do some rock work and the rest is history.  So we did chest Press x 20, bent-over-row x 20, full curl x 20, skull-crusher x 15, 8-count body builder x 15.  Next stop, the entrance to the baseball field, where I remembered a Tantrum Q and discovering an area of Hopewell I did not previously know existed.  I think I replicated this part exactly from Tantrum, run a lap up over the stairs and path… CCD x 20, lap, squats x 20, lap, WW2 x 20, lap.  Then we went straight into a very quick mid-workout mobility moment and on to the next stop – the pit.  Back in January Mr Holland had the Q and I remember spending half the workout in the pit.  Not fun then, not fun now.  Jump-ups x 10, decline 'merican x 20, step-ups x 10 each leg, and something else I forget?  At this point we were down to five min, so we headed back to the lot and I passed around the Mary Q for everyone to call their own thing.  Thank you Crocs for the burpee finale, you will not be invited back to Q.

Thank you gentlemen for joining me this morning, and throughout the past five years.  Strong work by all.  Hope to see you out again later this week as Shark Week continues!
