The Thang:
Here is how it went, Davidson-style. First, as always, you warm-up and then motor to the DUMC parking lot where you pick up a paver and circle up. Kicks off with a run to the dumpster and back, do the first thing, run to the dumpster and back, do the first & second thing, run to the dumpster and back, do the first, second & third thing, etc., all with a mild and cooling breeze allowing for plenty of 2nd F and the necessary encouraging mumble chatter.
On the sixth rotation you drop the first thing and do the second through the fifth thing, and so on.
Overall, the PAX 2.5+ miles in addition to 150 mason twists (each side with paver), 150 curls, 150 skull crushers, 150 LBCs (with paver) and 100 WW2 sit-ups (with paver).
