Flipping the start time & a monster tire = post Christmas fun

The Thang

Break into 2 groups of 8 – One group to the playground for:

10 Pull-ups

10 Dips

10 Pike-ups with your feet in the swings

Group 2 on the tire:

4 Pax on the tire for 5 Incline Merkins & 5 Step-ups each leg

2 flip the tire forward

2 flip the tire back

The remaining 4 plank while waiting their turn

Line up in 2's, with 2 to the tire to flip it forward

All other Pax squat or lunge walk until their turn or we get to the end of the parking lot and reverse direction

Threepeato

Stand tire up with 2 Pax; 1 on each side to push the tire toward the other Pax who catches it in a deep lunge and pushes back 10 reps per 2 Pax

Box Cutter, Jackknife crunch, low flutter, American Hammer, WWII, Burpees x 5, Dot the i; J-Lo, power crunch standing, each side

 

Moleskine

It was great to see so many guys today for the later start. The Force began a movement of starting the workout at 7:00 thanks to the Christmas season. YHC saw the benefit of that and followed his lead. This meant we could still get a standard in as well. 9 joined for the standard including Tagless and Cherry Bomb, who had to depart after.

Everyone was good and dirty after the tire work, send the laundry bill to Top Gun

The Tire almost never happened today as it was filled with water and stuck in the mud at 6:25. Thankfully the standard Pax were not deterred and lifted it from the muck (no soccer arms here). That is a beastly tire with little grip which makes it that much more difficult to flip
