To say that 2020 has been a strange year would be putting it mildly. Things aren’t back to normal, but we’re getting there. That being said, many men finding themselves at home more than ever before (and the weather being much more bearable) – this is the best time for EHing some FNGs and bringing back Kotters.. In the past, we’ve done FNG/Kotter Week. I want 2020 to be FNG/Kotter Month to really maximize growing the region. And this year, I plan to make it a little more interesting.

As an incentive to bring back as many FNGs and Kotters as possible, YHC will be awarding one lucky pax a prize. For any pax who brings even ONE FNG or Kotter, they will be entered into a random drawing. You have one month to secure as many entries as possible to increase your chances of winning. See the table below for more information:

FNG 1st post

FNG 2nd post

EH 5 FNGs Bonus

If you are unhappy with the table above, please direct your complaint to our Human Resources department. They only accept complaints through carrier pigeon per company policy.

What is said prize?

*bourbon*

How does a fine bottle of bourbon sound? Or maybe you prefer a nice sipping tequila? Maybe you'd like a case of white claw, no judgement. YHC will personally deliver a bottle of liquor (or alternative drink) of your choice (up to a $50 value) to the winning pax.

How will scores be tracked?

Backblasts are definitely the best way to show you actually brought out a Kotter or FNG. Tag YHC on Twitter or reach out via Slack. I will keep a running table of all pax and share weekly.

Where can I find these FNGs/Kotters?

FNGs can be found in your neighborhood, your workplace, your 2.0s friend’s dad, that guy at Lowes, etc. I’m sure all pax know at least a handful of guys that they can reach out to. You’ve got nothing to lose by asking, and they have everything to gain by being asked. We all know how beneficial F3 has been in our lives – it’s our obligation to pay it forward. As for Kotters, this handy-dandy website allows you to look up pax and get their e-mail addresses and Twitter handles. Send them a note. Text them if you have their numbers. Get the back out there! The region is stronger with them.

Let’s get out there and do our part to grow the region. Looking forward to seeing new faces and some old ones at future posts.
