We all know how awesome being an active part of F3 is.  When we get an FNG (Brad Owen) to post we know what kind of life changing aspects this brotherhood can bring to him.  He did great and I hope we can all be there at his 2nd post as see him get named.!  

We stayed very close on the Birkdale property utilizing some unique warm ups (like Merkins, but in low quantity).  We did a lot of DORA on the parking deck behind Dick’s and all were super quiet (Big Baby Crunches, merkins and Carolina Dry Docks).  We did ramble around quite a bit with some aptly stating that I was making this up (Hat Trick) which I was, of course.

Stomboli thought this felt like Java with all the running.  In the end, we only did about 1.25 miles.  Tomorrow will be different – we will do 3.1 miles as part of Java.  See you then.

Keep praying for our brother Toby and his family.  He’s a truly awesome part of our pax.
