Focus on Heavy weights and light running

Warm up –

4 corners (squat jumps, 8 count body builders, squats and burpees)

Run –

Pack indian run to circle – few mercans and back

Track & Burpees –

Run track with cinder block while partner does burpees (1/2 repeat)

Cool down –

Burpees, Mercans and sprints

Recover!

* call out from Ty that I owe him a sprint – I gotcha man

* few BS calls on repeat of burpee workout

* Frogger noted my attendance may drop after this one

* Yes Hasselhoff I think every Q is my first

* Finally thanks to the "the Geek" for helping me figure out my 8 count cadence event though I screwed it up after that again
