11 runners….well not all runners(me included) decided that a great, well thought out run and coffee would be the best way to start out their day. We started out with a few SSH’s, IST, Cotton Pickers, Windmills and a few pigeon stretches, then we were off. We headed down Birkdale Commons, took a right on Sandowne, back up to 73, and then back to Starbucks(approx 3 miles). No time for Mary, so we circled up and Goat took us out. I want to welcome FNG Jeff, now known as Gomer, great job this morning. Thanks to Goat for taking us out today. Thanks to Axel, just for being Axel. Thanks to Fullmoon for giving me the opportunity to lead this fine group of men. It was an honor and privilege. Always a fun time with this crowd. Until we meet again……E
