 I am going to keep this brief so as to not have another issue like yesterday where I lost a whole backblast. frontier and I ran a very slow standard. The gang showed up we did a little mosey around the lot to the back corner by the pull up bars did some warm-up side straddle hop. Storm trooper long snapper windmill  Americans squats then we did Four Amen Corner‘s. Grab a block in the first corner there it is squats run to the next corner Americans third corner CDD’s fourth corner LBC first round 20 of each exercise second round 15 of each exercise third round ten of each exercise fourth round five of each exercise once all were finished short mobility moment so that I can get a little bit of pigeon in.  Fartlek came running through so we stop what we were doing to give them a view of some monkey Humpers then we ran back to the starting base for Mary.
