Four dudes showed up to Quarryhood to start Saturday morning right. To our surprise, the hood was having its garage sale. The Q thought of shifting the workout to a stroll around the neighborhood to see if we could find some deals. The Q resisted and stuck to the plan.

- One runner going around the block (~1/3 mile)
- Pull Ups
- Merkins
- Dips
Mary:
- Q led series of ab exercises 15x IC each (Low Flutter, Rosalita, Box Cutter, LBC)
- Twister led us in Low Dolly
- Natty led us a slow Freddy Mercury
- Slow led us on Squats with proper form
Moleskin:
- Natty noticed an older gentleman moving things out of his garage for the neighborhood garage sale. It looked like he had some heavy things, which we proceeded to help him move. We all felt proud of doing our good deed for the day. I sure hope he priced everything to sell, since we were not there to bring it back in.
- Grip was unable to make it, so we did not have our neighborhood beautification leader.
- Strong work by Slow running to and from the workout with the Q. 3.5 miles each way.
- Twister ran strong during the AMRAP session and we even saw Natty get some sprints in. That helped us keep the reps down.
- Reminder of the upcoming Sprint Triathlon at Overlook neighborhood on May 29, Get your Rear in Gear, benefiting colo-rectal cancer research.
- It was an honor to lead.
