  3. Decline ‘Mericans
  4. Incline ‘Mericans

Station 2

  1. Step ups
  2. Dips
  3. Touch Them Butts
  4. Lunges

Station 3

  1. Squats
  2. WWII Sit ups
  3. LBCs
  4. Burpees

Repeat in reverse order

Move on to side plank walk in a U shape around a parking space and back

3 sets of running to each Basketball Hoop (or as I call it Backstop. Waffle was quick to identify that is why my basketball gain is so lame. You mean it isn’t a backstop? That explains the bricks) Exercised at each backstop with reps of 5-10-15

As always, Hollywood crushed it. Line of the day by Tuffy “by lunge do you mean curtsy?” It doesn’t look like Waffle House is going to pick me any time soon for a pickup basketball game. Good work boys!
