Four brave souls ignored the cold and joined for some more Friday fun!

Warmed up with: WM, TS, MH, Sun Salute, Up/Down Dog

Thang

Circumnavigated the PL via I77.  Burps, merks, squats, pull ups, dips, step ups at the stops.

Back to KBs for:  ribbons, Walmarts, Milk Jugs, curls, presses, SC, rows, dead lift, squats.  Split pax.  One set runs 7 x stair circuits whilst one set does continuous KB reps as above.  Completed four circuits.
