The following exercises completed at each pain stop to include Ninja Warrior, a church, Harris Teeter, deep in Blythe Landing, and Auto's park

NMS:
- Instructions were clear and mostly concise but not always accurate
- Ducky led the pax into the west corner of the Harris Teeter parking lot where there was no exit
- Some pax haven't been this deep inside Blythe since the Triple Crown…no one got wet
- LEGO excels at making exits but not at scaling walls…allegedly
- Breakfast Club did 0 neck rolls this morning and had lots of ummm momentum
- Shrooms hates running fast unless its at GAGA
- Tugs has the brightest headlamp in all the land and is hoping he doesn't get renamed
- CB and Mr. H stole the belt from around Auto's waist after sandbagging the entire workout and going for the jailbreak on the final leg…smart
