The Thang: Line of Pain
Eight stations were set up at the base of the parking lot. Pax did 12 reps at each of the following stations
- Curls
- Incline handled merkins
- Kettlebell swing
- Lateral raises
- Skull Crushers
- Ab Roller
- Weighted Squats
- Merkins
After completing the above 1 round, pax jogged to other end of parking lot for some ab work and burpees
5 Burpees OYO, Crunchy Frogs x 15 IC, Box Cutters x 15 IC, Dying Cock Roach x 15 IC
Pax jogged back to the Line of Pain and did another round of 12 reps at each station.
After completing second round, Pax ran 1/2 mile.

- Q gapped out, Bagboy had signed up to Q and El Tigre totally forgot, sorry Bagboy!
- Ab roller always a crowd pleaser! Everyone loved the demonstration! Jolly Roger I believe found a weakness…
- Bagboy about caused some of the pax including Q to pull a fat muscle with the extra long low flutter.
- Pax found out some privy info this am. Evidently channel 9 and The Observer will be posting the story this week. Jolly Roger is stepping down, and Bagboy is taking charge. Congrats Bagboy!
