Started off with a pretty standard warma ramma

The Thang: 

Started pax off with a minute of work for each exercise for the first round 

KB Clean and press 

KB snatches

KB Swings 

Repeato 

Mixed it up with a KB turkish get up circle where each pax did a turkish getup while other pax held the bell up over their head. 

Did some light accessory work with some 

Kneeling KB presses 

KB lunges 

Repeato  

and finished it with a singular dora of 

200 swings

100 curls

50 Skull crushers 

Everytime the pax burned out they ran to the next level of the parking garage.
