Mosey switchback through the parking lot

Arm circles forward then backwards
Thang:
Each person got to select a favorite exercise and we tried each while one person ran as our timer rotating through each exercise when the runner returned. 3 rounds
First round the lap was around 2 parking Islands. Second round runner went around 1 parking island. Third round the runner ran around short parking Island at the top of parking lot.
Exercise of choice:
Fescue- Man Maker mericans
Caboose- squats (he really wanted airborne mind bender)
Qbert- burpees
Flo- WWII sit ups
Tuck- wanted to run first
PAX selected another favorite exercise and repeated the 2nd & 3rd round of running while the other tried each favorite exercise.
Exercise of choice:
Fescue- LBC’s
Caboose- carolina dry docks
Qbert- burpees
Flo- pull ups
Tuck- wanted to run
After two rounds we moseyed to bottom of the parking lot to find a rock.
Repeated the timer as a runner for two rounds. 1st lap was entire lap around the parking island and the 2nd was short lap around parking island. The others tried some favorite rock lifts.

Curls
Bent over row
Shoulder press
Skull crushers
Mary:
10 pretzel crunch each side
5 burpees
