Friendly part:  exercise decided by each person 

 

5 reps per exercise 

Run to end of parking lot and back to the blocks

Add an exercise

Cherry Bomb- block kid launchers (45    degree press)

Qbert – block burpees 

Dingo- block squats 

Buckeye- block skull crushers 

Fescue- block curls

Hot wax- block mericans 

Tommy Boy – chin ups

 

Round of Mary 10 count by each person 

 

Reverse order of exercises and removing one exercise after running to the end of the parking lot and back. Began with chin ups. All exercises had a 5 rep count. 

 

Another round of Mary selected by each person

Great work by everyone today.  There was a little chatter that the beat down wasn’t Friendly. 

The Q was tearing up when everyone was arriving but it wasn’t because guys showed up, the wind was blowing pretty hard. 

Roxie ran too much again from retrieving the tennis ball and now is down again for a couple of days. 

Great F2 at Starbucks with Qbert & Cherry Bomb. Also ran into another pax gathering.
