Frightful Workout at Mighty Jungle with counting optional


Excited to kick off the Halloween week with a frightful workout at Mighty Jungle 

 

5 of us completed the standard 

Workout started with mosey over for the warmup area 

 

Warmup (with me doing a horrible job of cadences)

SSD x 20 

Arm circles big forward x 10 

Arm circles small backwards x 10

 

Time for main event where we moved over to the middle lot for a circuit; 1 minute workouts and 20 second rotation/break with Halloween Jams

At mid point we did a Zombie Walk to the middle island. 

 

Upon completion of the circuits we put back the blocks and tire and headed back to the flag.
