We launched with 3 of us from Starbucks at 5:32 as Emmaus was finishing and figured a few hadn’t got the pb about the early start.
Greenway was abundant with frogs and bunnies hopping about, it seemed as if everywhere our lights shined we saw another. Skipped the first bang and went right to Westmoreland Park where we connected with the crowd there for the convergence. We joined in a few short sets of squats and merkins and then went on our happy way…much like the bunnies and frogs.
We also skipped bang 2 since we had just stopped at the General to honor the fallen the officers and headed to Elevation.
Made it back to launch with about 4.4 miles and some good conversation.
Great run today guys, enjoyed the company and the work.
