On YHC's way in, two runners were spotted and what at first looked like a floating blue dot. Quickly realized that was a dog, and knew immediately it was Gracie. Pulled into the parking lot, Roadie arrived shortly afterwards, and soon after Dingo and Spreader ran in with that dang dog.
We moseyed around the parking lot, through the basketball courts, to the gate by the playgrounds.

Moleskine
- Sheila is YHC's own creation. The merkins should have been decline (because your body is down under your legs), but I couldnt find a good place to decline on that was close to the gate.
- 8-count burners with cinderblocks are very difficult. The only way to hold the block is to grip it from the top which gave the pax a mighty grip strength workout.
- Gracie decided that the pax needed to have their sweat wiped off their faces by using her tongue. It happened often.
- Roadie was gunning hard at convincing YHC to take the MQ. Actual footage of YHC below
