11 Exercises 50 reps each, run a lap after completing each set.

No particular order: Curls, Overhead Press, Mericans, Alt Lunge, Squats, Dips, Swings, Step Ups, WWII, Flutter Kicks, Mtn Climbers.

Mary: Pretzel Crunch, Box Cutters, and then Snake Eyes and Amen brought it home.
