Turnpike and I ran at a conversation pace to the Jim Kid Rock, trailing behind 9 Lives and Black Eyed Pea for most of the run. BEP and 9 Lives took the road less traveled and disapeared into the woods towards Rural Hill for a frozen 11 mile trek. We returned back to Richard Barry Park with some time to spare, so a few laps on the track were added with some Merican's in between laps to make it an even 4 miles.
It certainly was a cold run, but good conversations were had along the way, and I was able to pick Turnpike's brain on training tips for upcoming 2019 race plans. Until next time!
